Learning to work out 

So I need to do something else while I exercise else I get bored, with music I can hold a plank for about a minute which doesn't seem too bad ^•^ gonna try squatting next :) if anyone has any recommendations at all if love to hear them

Alright my legs are weak as all hell and I can't wall sit for the life of me so that's gonna be on the menu lmao also I can do like 10 pushups but they're not very deep x) my shoulders are not super strong hut arms are alright, need more cardio too but since my knees are awful I don't wanna run so biking or the elliptical are my best bet
